Cancellation Terms

​

Order cancellations are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its accompanying regulations.

A cancellation may only be made if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging, and remains undamaged.

A cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will apply.
No monetary credit will be issued for items purchased on sale, gifts, or gift card purchases for which no payment was made.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, in accordance with the law.

Refund Method

​

Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method used:

• Credit Card: The company will cancel the charge and notify the credit card company for an immediate credit.

• Cash or Check: The refund will be issued in cash or by check within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

• If the customer agrees, the refund may alternatively be processed via bank transfer.

 

Cancellations for Eligible Populations

Customers who are people with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants are entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months from the date of purchase or product receipt (whichever is later), provided that the transaction involved a conversation with a company representative (including by electronic communication).

Returning Products

​

In the event of a full order cancellation, all items from the order must be returned, including gifts or promotional items received with the purchase.

Products returned damaged, used, or not in their original packaging are subject to the company’s discretion, and the company reserves the right to seek compensation for damages if necessary.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

​

The company reserves the right to cancel an order (in full or in part) in cases of:
an obvious pricing error, incorrect product description, technical malfunction, communication failure, force majeure, or out-of-stock items.
